    Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease that causes itchy or sore patches of thick, red skin with silvery scales. According to Ayurveda impurities in the blood associated with the emotional factors are the causes of psoriasis. It can be considered as the vitiation of vata and kapha.

    People with psoriasis often observe times when their skin gets worse. The factors that can cause these flare-ups include a cold and dry climate, infections, stress, dry skin and taking certain machines.

    Diagnosing psoriasis are very much a hard a task because it can look like all other skin diseases. The physician might need to look at a sample under a microscope.

    Psoriasis may stay the same for years, even a life. Some people have periods with no symptoms and other live with symptoms all time. Conditions that make them worse included
