As Hinduism is considered the way of life so is Ayurveda. This knowledge of life helps to attain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle but everyone tends to ignore it for a reason that the net result is time-consuming. And they go after modern medicine for its immediate effect. At the same time, there are modern medicine lovers moving towards Yoga as much as Ayurveda maniacs approach Yoga. Maybe Ayurveda can heal only one’s body but Yoga is able to create a balance between both mind and body.
If someone’s mind is not well, it is naturally reflected on his body. In such a scenario, it is always advised to take up the art of Yoga for a better individual growth. It is, of course, the practice of Ayurvedic science to a certain extent. Nowadays, there are many Ayurveda teaching institutes in India that calls for applications from both national and international candidates.
